corsets are really cheap, but i know youve got money issues rn. its a good buy when you can afford one. the only way to improve posture without one is to just do it, a chair without a back can help some. you want to sit with your back straight and use your muscle to keep you up, not your spine. if you want a good routine for stretching then your best bet is google, theres a ton you can do there and who doesnt love a flexible girl? 20 minutes of stretching or so and then an hour of exercise is solid, but then the ratio of cardio to lifting and where and how to lift changes a lot based on expecations. if you can manage an hour of walking every other day thats a decent bit of cardio thatll help you lose weight, only do about 30 minutes if you want to build some nice hip/thigh/ab muscles.
