You can detransition (medically) merely by getting off hormones until you've had surgeries. What breasts you've developed you're mostly keeping shy of mastectomy, though.
Socially detransitioning is as easy (or hard) as presenting male again.
I very much recommend against medical detransition unless you're positive you're not trans. Social detransition sucks, but at least your body is still your own.
