Honestly, I don't like your character design but that's very subjective. While a lot of people will hate this advice, it's often good to use a character who, while being their own individual, is also 'ordinary' enough that people can relate to them or immerse themselves through.
This doesn't have to be the primary protagonist and it's not essential but it can help. Either way, character development and pacing are essential. Pick a schedule and stick to it religiously. Save for the rare (and I really mean special occasions, huge plot points or unique opportunities) artistic showcase, stick to multiple panel pages and try to have plenty happen. You've shown the ability to do this so far but the key is to maintain a balance between rushing it and not telling the reader anything at all.
Use this time to do things. Don't fall into the easy trap of doing nothing. Develop a character, move the plot along or simply entertain the reader. They don't just get to flick to the next page so give them a reason to come back.
If you manage consistency, make an active effort to improve your artistic ability and writing skills. Read online guides, maybe go to workshops. If you're serious about making a proper comic you will have to learn a lot.
One last piece of advice. As someone who both has an interest in the occult and occasionally reads comics that involve magic, if you can work real magic systems into your world then you will build authenticity. Even if you just adapt, things like Thelema and whatnot have been developed over years and amassed a substantial following for a reason. Build a realistic world, and keep track of it.

Even though >>6025228 gave some pretty good advice, I'd recommend you stay away from this thread until you're more comfortable with what you're doing. Most of the people ITT don't really know much about art, so what you're getting is usually just individual opinions (which isn't a bad thing but doesn't necessarily represent how most people might feel about your work.)
I think there's usually a webcomic making thread on /co/ that should be more helpful for you in terms of getting critique on story telling and design. Its better to talk to people who know about making comics rather than just reading them, if you really want to improve.
