How can I tell if fem clothes will fit?

Check the sizing chart. (Google "brandname sizing chart")

For tops, shoulder and length measurements are best to go by. If it fits appropriately, the sleeves should not flare and the armpit area should not pinch. Flared sleeves are also sometimes a result of bad cuts.
