If you're MtF some hair growth is really all you need at minimum to pass. You have a girly as fuck face, and if those are your natural eyebrows I'm jelly. Though, if you plucked, you're doing better than 99% of trans women. Seriously, I see so many people whose eyebrows give them away.
If you're FtM don't worry because I've never seen a young FtM who didn't pass after a couple years of T. The exceptions being the ones who present really feminine and end up looking like lesbians.
