I'm 1 year on hormones and I'm starting to get a little worried on how my boobs are forming. The areoles are really puffy and look kinda like pic related (I can't draw for shit) is there anyway I can prevent this from happening?

Its fine for small tits to be cone shaped, there is only so much space for your nipple to keep sticking out, what do you think they are gonna keep rising up in the air or something? Don't worry, either your tits will grow and become plumper or they will sort of plateau out and stay small and perky I guess. Which is hot. What's the problem? Have some confidence.
