Is there anywhere, such as dating sites and apps and the like, where guys are interested in actually dating, rather than just sexual relationships?
Do I just live in the wrong town?
I've tried all of the major sites and apps, and I got super hopeful about OkCupid because I was told that it's more set up for companion dating, but it's just turning out to be just the same.
I know that getting out to parties and socialising is probably the best way, but I have a small social group and I work stupid hours, so I'm basically stuck with online stuff.
Why is it so hard to actually find other guys who aren't very sexual, and more emotionally driven in relationships?

It's true that most guys in apps are just looking for sex, but I have also found many that were looking to just dating as well. I went on many dates, and never had sex with any of them.
You can also try meeting people through sites on which dating is not the main focus, like Facebook (look for suggested friends or groups for gay people). That's how I met my ex bf and we were together for almost 4 years.
