Been stressed out recently due to anxiety of coming out soon (maybe), developed a nervous tick as a result. Seeing a doctor about it, hoping to tell the doctor im trans, then doctor tells parents for me
Thoughts?

The doctor won't just tell them you're trans. He will send you to a therapist to see if you are really trans, so at most he will tell your parents that you *might* be trans
