i used to be closeted and it made intimacy impossible
at some point you need to accept your femininity (or masculinity if ftm) and stop being ashamed of yourself. that's the first step to transitioning, and it's also potentially the first step towards being a confident, well-rounded person who is capable of being in a relationship
