As far as I know, there is the same amount of gay, straight and bi pedophiles, it's just that gay relationships in general have been frowned upon in major societies for too long, so gay pedophilia is seen as "double sinful", while in many communities a grown man having sex with an underage girl is still seen as acceptable/not that big of a deal if the girl "looks adult", "acts adult" or is his legal wife (many Eastern countries might serve as an example). There is also the society's tendency to put the blame on a woman if a rape occurs; a teenage girl raped by an adult man she met online was "asking for it" and "being a slut", while a boy in the same situation is seen as a victim of a perverse adult. Female bodies are usually sexualized, even if they are underage, male bodies much less so, so an attraction to an underage male body is seen as "strange" and thus more noticeable, since it isn't endorsed by the society. Something like that.
