That shit doesn't even work for straight people, it's all fake. Eventually it always boils down to confidence and that's just obvious. I think you have it backwards. It teaches you to be attentive, more in tune with your emotions and more aware of what you want out of a relationship. If you've only scratched the surface level or read what other people are saying about RSD then yes I get where you're coming from.
