Ehh well inexpert surgery does tend to lead to fatal infections. And weird complications, like maybe if you didn't get some tube or another cauterized/tied/whatever just right and your body still thinks it can pump stuff down it.
I mean yeah a sensible person would work really hard to get it done right, but even so, it'd surely be really easy to make some small mistake. OP back again, I honestly disagree with usage of the term "chaser" seeing as the only people we will ever get with are people who are attracted to trannies, by definition.
