I always see people who say that a trans person shouldn't transition, and they always try to use a scientific basis instead of religious bullshit.
Is it true that transitioning is bad for dysphoria? Should a person just go to therapy or something else?

That's what I though, but I always hear people on the right who prattle on about how it's a mental disorder and that people should be allowed to indulge. It just made me wonder if there was any scientific basis for not transitioning.

yes. transition should only be used if everything else fails and your stuck in your shit town indefinitely. and you must realize that transitioning may not cure your dysphoria, or only somewhat helps, or may only cure it temporarily
the best route is always attacking the root. dysphoria is a body image disorder. you dont give anorexics diet pills and tell them to lose weight
