I don't get it either, this shit is simple. Have you ever had any of the major STIs (HIV, Hep C, syphilis)? You need to tell your partner. No, it doesn't fucking matter if you're "cured". I don't care if you have no viral load. You are not " effectively" normal. You've got a life-altering illness that you could spread to someone and they need to make the decision whether they're going to risk it by being intimate with you. Yes, you might miss out on sex occasionally. Fucking man up.
Same if you haven't been tested in the last 3 months and/or you sleep around. I'm sick of us killing each other.
