In my mind isn't it enough that you suffer the body dysphoria and want to change it to female? That's how I always felt. I hated my male body and hated being treated male, but I never felt like I was a woman.

The orgasm can be way more intense if you know what your doing. Personally I used to use a dildo on occasion and it felt good, but now it feels amazing.
