I'm a teen trans (or idk but femme) person. I want some help here as I can't get hormones here OR appear femme here. So little help on subtle MtF changes? Like hair growth or skin or stuff like that. Also would the things in this pic work?

The exercises and dietary shit seems close to what I've been doing, so it should work out.
How hair, I used Hairfinity for a month, but it also grew body hair faster so not recommended, just wait with that.
Ive got no skin stuff other than take time to pluck and moisturize your face.

If you're really trans do whatever you need to do to get on hormones. Living with the regret of not starting sooner really really sucks.

This. This. This. I know it's hard to tell your parents or pay for the goods but it's really important to begin ASAP. A balanced diet and regular exercise are vital to good health but if you're not on E then you are doing what's necessary to become a healthy, effeminate man.
