CPA gave me so many more complications than spiro but I needed such a high dose of spiro that my hair fell out cause I just couldnt keep myself hydrated. Now on CPA I actually got MORE body hair?

I have a little pudgebelly from it, although im about to lower my dose.

It just sucks in the u.s. b/c doctors give you deer in the headlight looks when you mention cypro. Idk if blood tests would even let them figure out whats needed

I'm on 50mg, though I didn't get a chance to see an endo since I switched.
On spiro I needed 300mg to get good levels, so I figured 50 sounds reasonable.

Really thinking about just going back to spiro though.

Well, check out the results of your bloodwork to be sure, and I know that people have been put on 100 before, but I rarely hear about doses higher than 25 mg these days.

I take 100 of cypro but its only short term. after 6 months I'm going to drop it down back to 50. by then my balls will be dead.
