14 was a weird age age for me...

So basically, when I turned 14 I could look very feminine when I tried, but most the time I looked super masculine. It really has remained this way since I was 14. Is anyone else like this? And did it start that way around the same age? Pic related, taken when i was 14

I was 13-14 when I first thought about that, but I haven't done anything about it yet. It sucks.
