If I wear anything that basically doesn't flow over my waist, and chest, I look like shit, with absolutely HUGE shoulders, and no hips.

Post a picture. Every trans girl I know thinks their shoulders are much wider than they really are.
Also you get hips by being on estrogen, gaining weight, and praying it actually goes to the advertised areas.

Not unless you're in early teens you don't.

The shoulders aren't necessarily that wide, they're just huge, and t he no hips part makes them look a lot wider than they are.

yeah, it's all visual
my hips are 96 cm and shoulders 108. 12 cm makes a HUGE difference
