bars tend to be dictated by their scene. so every gay bar is a bit different.

one bar, gold coast, i go to is all old guys and they dont do anything gay, no one flirts or hooks up or anything, they are all just bar buds who hang out.

another bar, the eagle, is all old dudes, but they will suck each other off at the piss trough

another bar, Trunks, is a mix of older and younger guys, but all the young guys are there with friends. they dont go there to pick up guys or meet guys, thats what the internet is for, its just a place for homos to hang cuz apparently you cant do that elsewhere. you can pick up a guy occasionally there, but its rather rare.
