Since I'm on hormones I frequently leak out of my clit. Is this common for transigirls? Its really annoying I mean not having SRS or a real vagina should at least save me from the icky fluid stuff happening to cisgirls...

Anyway, yes, it is normal. Your body is just having normal discharges that, on cis women, are meant to clean the vagina. It's normal for trans girls to do this on hormones. It's also expected for FtMs to not discharge at all, also due to hormones, which can lead to cysts and other nasty things.
tl;dr: your body is trying to be good and keep you healthy in ways that don't really affect you due to having a penis
