I have a FTM trans friend that I regularly do video calls with on skype. He's 17, which is underage for my region. Because we're pretty good friends, he's usually pretty casual in the calls and commonly walks around without a shirt (or binder). He certainly isn't flat chested by any means. Because he's underage, and is biologically still female, is this considered illegal in any way?
