MFW this is considered an acceptable way to train for shotgun fighting in the french Gendarmerie. Stances, speed, volume of cartridges for the trainee, everything stinks. Not to mention the useless focus on outdated skills, the handling will be totally forgotten when you can only shoot a gat for one minute every five years.
This is what is supposed to protect us against terror in France so we don't """need""" to tool up.

This whole exercise made me sad. I hope that this was this individual's first time with a shotgun or any firearm. I was better with a shotgun when I was 10yo.
