what do you guys think of the VEPR 12?
always wanted a nice Saiga 12 but could never justify the cost of modifications

600gr brenneke 12g slugs going 1500fps vs 405gr going 2000fps. Either case will literally skull-fuck anything on this planet.
I want one, and almost grabbed on when they were 699 @ Classic. I had to pay some medical bills so I passed at the time.

Anyhow, I got to finger fuck one at a store. I like it I want it, and a lot of mags for it.
I've seen a big ass drum mag for it (or maybe it was the saiga) and it was stupid as fuck.
I just bought one two days ago and it's a blast to shoot. Are there any company's selling good mags larger than 5 round?

But they're not cheap.
Lot of mixed reviews about the SGM mags.
I have a 10 and 12 rounder and both feed well, but it's not always the case.
Fortunately they have a lifetime warranty against defects and they'll give you a new one if you get a dud.
Unfortunately, in my dealings with SGM, it'll take months for them to get it to you.
tl;dr best bet is to stick to factory mags

Depends.
Read this thread (or consult this chart) and figure out if the "target loads or bird shot" you want to use are above the recommended 3 dram threshold.

You heard wrong. There is a reason the new ones are completely different trunnion and have no left side safety selector.
You could possibly do a bonesteel folding stock conversion but it looks off, too skinny of a tube stock for the front end.

You can use an RPK handguard set.
Won't look as nice, but it's an option.
