The rifles are just under $1k. The optic cost me 600, which I'll gladly pay, since they only imported a dozen or so into the country.

Do you have short arms? Or how do you find this rifle comfortable? My main complaint isn't even that it's Chinese or how optics mount on non-flattop models, I could easily overlook those but they're by far the most uncomfortable rifle I've ever picked up.
