Yeah, go all out Max Payne in the third installment here. Jeans or chinos are great. Get a good running shoe you like for footwear, most will see the former as tourist shit. To ensure the "tourist shit" persona, grab a fucking max payne/hawaii 5-0 fucking tropical shirt. With that there will be no doubt of your tourist status and not actually an operator. As for backpack, anything jansport would be touristy as fuck. Just be sure to wear the shoulder holster under the shirt, not over.
