F tier Corrosive Mil-surp, Brown Bear, Cheap shit from 90's and beyond

Try to organize like this has always seemed a bit pointless to me. Different companies are better at different calibers to a degree that would surprise you. If you want good reloading brass, the list changes even more, as ammo that may be good for shooting one may have shit brass.
For example, let's consider 7.62x54.
In my experience, the list goes something like
Lapua
S&B
Winchester
Hornady
PPU
Steelcase steel case trash
S&B makes inordinately good 7.62x54 ammo for some reason. The brass lasts forever (10+ reloads) while for some reason the Hornady shit can't hold any sort of a group and the brass cracks after three reloads.
But for other calibers, noticeably 35 rem in my experience, no one does it better than hornady.

In my nugget S&B rounds have case-head bulge after the first shot. PPU never does.
