'Sup /k/! I'm greatly interested in World War 1 and really want to get my hands on a Gewher 98, Ross Mk2 or a Lee Enfield, but the problem lies in my residence. I live in Sweden. Is it hard to import such a rifle or is it manageable with relative ease ?

Gewehr 98 wouldn't be too hard. Legal or illegal.
Lee Enfield would be a lot harder.
Ross would be almost impossible.
But nevermind, you have access to the best Mauser of them all, based on where you live, so why bother?

I find it hard to believe any of those would be impossible or even hard. I live in Finland and I have seen both a gewehr 98 and a lee enfield for sale in the past month.

An all matching and original Mauser is not that easy to find nowadays, simply because of the masses of fakes.

Actually wanting a Ross rifle
Put up an announcement in a gun forum or a gun magazine in Sweden, I'm sure you could find someone who owns at least one of those rifles.
Good thing is early ww1 springfield 1903 rifles are cheap because they're regarded as unsafe to shoot.
