This is actually a commerical product. IIRC, the kit comes with 3 bolts and a bent piece of steel. You then take a hacksaw to the handle, and then drill, tap, and bolt everything in place.
I actually shoot left handed, and I don't see the point in this at all.

I was going to say, bubba'd or not, it seems to be a pretty simple way to lefty swap the mosin... But it still bothers the shit out of me...
