5.56/.223 Bolt Gun?

Can any of you upstanding fellows recommend a good bolt action rifle chambered in 5.56?
It'd primarily be a paper puncher, but I'd like it to double as a groundhog genocide machine on occasion. Ideally, it would capture the aesthetics of something simple like the CZ 455 Varmint (pic related), but ultimately I'll settle for function over appearance.
Any recommendations?

Savage makes on and so does Ruger, though I think you need to get an aftermarket for the Ruger.
Really wish they made a STANAG compatible scout rifle but then I realize that's kind of stupid and pointless. But I still want one

I haven't gotten to shoot one yet. Maybe a CZ or Ruger that takes STANAG would be better?
