So a few of us are planning to meet at the Butterfield Range outside of Las Cruces, New Mexico, on the first weekend of August.

I'd drive down from ABQ but naturally anything cool that happens on a given weekend (such as this meet, or a gun show) falls on my fucking Reserve weekend.

It's a free outdoor range, unmanned too. You basically just pull into a lane, setup your targets how you like, and shoot.
