>No guns aren't tools, they are weapons. They are not normal, they are not useful, they shouldn't be accepted. Guns cause deaths and life-long wounds and there are many more people killed by guns than by knives. Why would anyone need a good safe distance from where to shoot and/or a rapid fire rate unless they want to kill ? There are non-lethal weapons. People should care about human life, it is precious. I don't understand why any civilian needs guns.
