It's good if you're shooting 7.62x39mm, which is what that reticle is for. Thats a posp scope

Question about the reticles. Why is the PSOP's rangefinder for 1m? And PSO-1 for 1,7m mantlets? A friend of mine said that the PSOP might be for deer hunting, so what's truth?
