As far as the optic goes, it's a Bushnell AR/223 with a Burris PEPR mount. I can't lie and say that I'm not impressed with it. All of the groups that I shot at 100 yards were all touching groups. This room rock river upper is damn accurate that's for sure. Chambered in 5.56 of course.

So the barrel nut is stuck in place on my rail. Just tight tolerances is all, it's not burred or anything.
Last night I called ALG and left a voicemail explaining my dilemma with my name and number attached and CS just called me back.
He explained to let some penetrating oil soak into it then kinda slam the rail down onto it barrel end first and push it out.
He also mentioned that he googled my number and gave me some time to wake up before calling, which I felt was pretty fucking cool.

Its to my understanding that most of the parts in an AR's trigger pack are held in by the pin holes so if I don't make the sides or bottom of the milled out area beautiful it won't make much of a difference, is this correct?

I dunno if it's overpriced, it locks up tight, has a consistent cheekweld, and is widely considered the most solid stock on the market for an AR. The downside is that it weighs a literal pound and a half, which also makes it the heaviest AR stock on the market, I believe.

I'd say it locks up tighter and the consistent cheekweld is really nice. I'm not getting one though, that weight and pricetag are a turnoff. Plus it looks like complete AIDS on anything other than 18" or 20" barrels.

What's a good way to "degrease" citristrip so I can paint again? CRC natural degreaser? Citristrip label says to use mineral spirits to get rid of the resi use. Will mineral spirits mess with anodizing? I like the spray degreaser because it evaporates immediately and I can just point and shoot

What else should i add to my rifle?
I have a NM 2 stage trigger i could put in, but the stock trigger is pretty good so i havnt touched it.
I thought about switching the flash hider out, but i kind of like the look, and it works pretty well in the dark.
Sling is in the mail, and im still not sure on the light.
