I'm with Phil Offizers on this, in 2 years this state will have Newsom at the helm and the rapid death spiral will be inevitable. LA and the Bay are economic powerhouses but Moonbeam has had to pull some trick shit to keep it that way, the corruption and economic stagnation are out of control. Housing prices are insane. People genuinely just can't live in this state anymore. Business is going to start leaving en mass within the decade and all of CA's major population centers will resemble Detroit by 2020.
I want to be out of here by 2018. Nevada, Oregon, Texas, Pennsylvania, almost anywhere but where I am now.
