That said, if we're just having fun with this, I'd probably go with a silenced Dragunov for ranged kills and the titanium gold Deagle (+muzzle brake) chambered in .50 AE for close-range, myself. Problem with that is making it either stealthy enough to not be seen (even shitty modern military radar is amazingly sensitive) or fast enough that being seen doesn't matter -- which the SR-71 program basically proved isn't a viable option these days. It actually wouldn't be that difficult to put together a fleet of remotely controlled bomb drones that literally were nothing but the bomb with enough stuff on it to make it fly that has decent range. Keeping control would be difficult though, and I don't think that kind of bombing is all that strategically viable now.

My hope would be that because there are commercially available RCS analysis tools now, and a ton of commercially available model plane parts, you could use the shape of the aircraft itself to do most of the work as far as stealth, and just ignore ECM and RAM.

if the bullet is in the body or any part of it is embedded in a surface outside of it, the cops are just going to take the bullets and reconstruct them to take a rough barrel fingerprint.
at that point they're going to look through their suspects and ask to test fire any gun they have (to get another barrel fingerprint and if they match boom you have your gun) and hunt down any faggot who has a gun capable of firing the specific cartridge used in the hit (protip: you can identify one cartridge from another even if they have an identical bullet by just looking at powder stains and the damage done to the person, a .22lr will hit differently to a .223 even though their bullets may seem somewhat similar in entrance wounds)
