There's a reason why females have never been involved in combat. If they were as suited for direct warfare as men then some past culture would have figured it out and used women to their advantage in war.

only experience i've ever had with a woman in a hectic situation in the military resulted in her abandoning the radio she was supposed to monitor to help us communicate. Luckily we had a new cpl who took over her job in the midst of it and figured it out on the fly while she (his quote) just paced back and forth saying "i can't do this i can't do this this is too much this is too much"

Poorly. Brother, I went to NCOPD in SK. Two of my classmates were females. They were the worst ever. They couldn't hump a crew served weapon if their lives depended on it. If I could have gotten away with burying a bullet in their heads, I would have.
The ~20% who have the dedication to match the average man do fine, even if they have to work harder.
The others are just inferior, if not necessarily useless.

friend got kicked out of the military for getting on the wrong side of an all female company office. The problems started when he dared to put a fossil on his desk which culminated in him being called a racist homophobe and getting demoted for coming to work 5 minutes early. Really they just didn't like him because he was happily married and his wife wanted nothing to do with the spouses club.

About as well as the average male soldier and that's only because no average woman joins the military whereas when I was at Fort Benning for BASIC the average male was a douche who had a larger ego than he did muscles, never shot a gun before, and would constantly talk about Call of Duty.
Woman that I served with, for the most part and almost exclusively in non-combat roles, put far more effort into being a soldier than the average male soldier. They all wanted to be there more than anything else in their life which I couldn't say for 1/2 the male soldiers.

But one in five females dedicated enough to join the military for a combat role and actually live up to the standards can at least compete with the average male. The other four are just inferior, if not useless, and the women who didn't pass the standards for women would be a liability and shouldn't be allowed near a uniform.
