Make sure you try Winchester Silver Tips. My father had one that was very picky.

KKM barrel for my glock 17
Wanted to get away from that polygonal rifling and get something that was made locally.
Just put a down payment on a Colt series 70 1911. Should be in next week after the holiday to pick up!
Summer time = new gun time

I never understood why people would pay the prices they did for a pistol that is as unreliable and picky with ammo as a Seecamp.

Small, tight tolerances, good machining, low production runs.

Thanks I just ordered a couple of boxes and some hornady xtp which people say work great.

I haven't fired it yet but it feels to be very well made. I'm stuck in mass and our deep conceal option are very limited.

Waited 6 weeks for it. Guy at LGS who orders guns was on vacation for a week. He came back and told me he couldn't get one and gave me a website that the store would accept. This delay caused me to miss a sale on them ($100 off) and made the website out of stock. Then 4 weeks later my CC gets charged and 4 days later I still haven't gotten a shipping notification. Call up the store and they forgot to ship the gun out. Memorial day weekend pushes delivery 1 more day and 6 weeks later, I have my gun. Working on my Form 1 now

Man that looks well worth the wait! I'm working on getting my ffl and class 3
>>30454883
How long has it taken you so far? And how long so you have yet to go? I really want a class 3 so I can get an automatic receiver for it.

lol sweet "pistol"
>>30455231
so wait there are auto recievers you can just drop in or do you need a whole new mp5 in auto.

From what little I understand about it, a trigger and BCG is all you need Which a quick search on google can get you a used one for $220. And a new carrier for around $700.
I don't know for sure if just the trigger group will make it work.

Thx. I want it to be an sbr... one day

They look cool, but I never bought one because my $200 LCP has iron sights, a better-designed mag release, handles recoil better in .380, and has less overall gimping. Even the fact that the Seecamp pistols come with no sights is because the owner gimped the gun, thinking that he's helping people avoid lawsuits by making it impossible to hit anything beyond what he considers to be "self-defense distances." There's no reason that thing couldn't have had a trench sight.

I recently picked up an HK P30L v1 Light LEM in .40S&W for $650 from CDNN. Sorry, I am too lazy to grab my camera, but I've shot it and it handles the caliber really well. The trigger is not as good as my USPc with match LEM - there's some mushiness in the P30 trigger before the break - but it's still very workable.

>get away from polygonal rifling
but why
>>30455231
literally just started seriously considering it, so basically planning out the cost and what not
>>30454044
It's a bespoke pistol that costs as much as a Glock and who's company refuses customization on orders unless it's engraving. Also good luck finding food it likes or getting warranty work approved.
