Barrel doesn't twist in so there's no way for the barrel to be misaligned, only the sights

Pull off the stock, undo the two fasteners
>twist
Screw fasteners back in
Put back in stock.
Also with the barrel removed you can check if the sights are truly installed at 12:00 relative to midway between the fastener grooves.
Bought a CZ527 a few months back. first time I took it to the range the stock split. Emailed CZ and told them my story. They asked me to send them a photo of my stock and my rifles serial number. Five days later they sent me a new stock all expenses payed.

You can't twist the barrel. Period. The underside of the chamber is flat and sits on another flat piece in the receiver. Just took it apart again and the sights are definitely off
