Hypothetically of someone were to suddenly find themself an E-4 in the United States Army with very little military knowledge (like 4 years JROTC), but with all the responsibilities and obligations of an E-4
What knowledge or advice would you have for them?
Ask people with more experience for advice, and shitpost less often.
Do what all the other E-4s do, shirk responsibility like you owe it money.

Hell I don't think you even need a degree. Just 60 hours of college credit (4 full-time semesters or a little over a year if you're motivated) if I recall correctly.
