Hello I am looking into getting a knife I can carry inside my waistband. I was looking at this, a CRKT Obake.

What do you guys think? Any other suggestions?

just get a folder and carry in your pocket dude What are you trying to carry? I can carry a large cold steel espada in my pocket no problem.

It's for self defense bro
I'm training with a short katana (fudo) but a waistband knife will do until I can forge my own.
Also does anyone know where I can get a /k/ themed fursuit?

I carry a Spyderco Endura for my edc blade but I was thinking of trying a fixed blade IWB as a backup/just for fun.
Would like a longer blade though I guess.

Not the original poster, but I'm looking for a very thin folding knife. I think one of the main reasons I don't have a knife when I need to is because it feels bulky and distracting.
Also it's hard to find any with a decent length blade, something at least 4 or 5 inch.

You almost got me,but the fursuit sold you out. 5/8,would be triggered again
Any small to medium fixed-blade with a kydex or thermoplastic sheath will do. You can go a bit bigger if you make a Mercharness though. Get yourself a bowie or something.

This one seems pretty good.

I gotcha.
When I first started buying knives I started with the voyager in large. I was sure everyone could tell I had a knife on me and that I was printing. After a while it just felt small in my pocket and I worked my way up to have the courage to carry a pistol as well.
I'm only 5'9" 150lbs, so if its not too hueg for me you'll do fine.
you cant go wrong with a voyager though, its like 40 to 50 bucks and great quality. get it in XL for the 5.5" blade.

Just my personal opinion, but a folding blade clipped in your pocket is a better idea. The Spyderco Tenacious is a good and affordable option, or the Ambitious is you want something a bit shorter. If you can afford it, benchmade makes some really good knives.

Try carrying it in your ass, that's where it will end up anyway if you try to use it.

A lot of places it's illegal to conceal a fixed blade at all or a folder over x" (frequently in the 3 3/4-4 1/2" range).
Something to bear in mind.

It's legal here I checked.

Good one faggot
Seems pretty fucking weeb. but this is 4chan after all.
I don't carry for defense because i own a gun. but i have a blade similar to pic related for utility, which is carried on the belt vertically.
