This is relevant to me. I have 440 rounds of 7.62x39 HP and 360 rounds of ball ammo I was selling on Armslist, since I've got close to a thousand rounds of my preferred 7.62. Some guy asked what price and I said 32CPR for HP and 28CPR for the ball.
Should I hold out for some I can gouge for 40CPR?

No one can tell when things will stabilise, but the panic could last all the way until the election and even afterward, depending on how things go.
In retrospect, I should have bought 3 or 4 Colt 6920's instead of 1 just before the election in 2012. One month later, they were selling for 2.5k as compared to the 1k I spent on mine due to the Sandy Hook panic.
