5.45 shop on FB or other Facebook Slavs. Maskas are cheap but shitty.IMO zsh1-2s are the best, but I'm biased. Be prepared to drop dosh on k6-3s, tigs or altyns.

M8, you're confising this with a riot helmet. These russian helmets are either steel or titanium and correct me if I'm wrong, have some kind of internal kevlar layer. They can stop some pretty big boolets
