Military Athlete is good for their research and studies but their actual programming is far too crossfit tier.
Tactical Barbell has better programming although its usually a bit too simple/sub-optimal.
Joel Jamieson's website had a few guest articles written about SOF prep which were probably the best resource (when combined with a few of the general education articles on Joel's site) since it explains prep work in terms of energy systems, knowledge of which, once you understand them, are the best way to build a programme customized to your goals, strengths, and weaknesses.
Most important cliff notes are strength first, cardiovascular and strength endurance second.
