All I know is that it has to be german and was used in bunkers on the french north coast, which is where he oversaw constructions.
My grandpa had photos of them straddling captured V1 rockets on a train... It's pretty bad ass looking...

I don't think it's a Czech ZB-26; It looks more like the French FM Mle.24/29. The Germans took tons of them into service when the French surrendered.
