Quick question guys, I am buying a Glock and I have been planning and trying to decide all week.
I just got back from the Sheriffs office for handgun permit, about to order from Buds.
I was gonna do Glock 43 and an extra mag, and 3 mag extensions, and some accessories and shit i'll need for CCW.
But I am thinking I could drop the accessories and do a Glock 19, and have that capacity I want. It would be abound the same price.
What do? First handgun, long time rifle and AR-15 shooter.

Glock 26
Mag extensions just make it shitty.

get the 19
You just buy a Shield and accessories instead
Depends, the 43 will be the most comfortable but also the most difficult to shoot well. The 26 has greater capacity but is also larger, and therefore less comfortable.
If you plan on making it a "one and done" affair, go with the 19. If you need a dedicated summer carry gun, go with the 43. The 19 obviously is more versatile and useful but it's hard to conceal in only a T shirt.

post ends in 19
that is your answer, straight from the Gods.
>get the 19.
I have had 43 decided on all week and I am just thinking, I have huge hands.
I am thinking the 43 will fit inside my waistband great but not in my hands great.
Thinking 19. (it was what I originally wanted, decided with the 43 for concealing and price drop.)
Glock 20 so you can win all the caliber wars.

You're going to spend a bunch of money on proper sights, mag extensions, and an aftermarket connector anyway.
9mm is gay. Get you one of the 45 acp models.

>ccw
s&w m&p shield 9mm, safety-less model
>first handgun
>home defense handgun
>open carry handgun
>less comfortable cc handgun
>modification-friendly handgun
glock 19
43>shield
still smaller even with a mag extension
>>30191112
>aftermarket connector
for what pvrpos?
>>30191393
stock trigger pull is heavy compared to the full size counterparts. Ghost edge connector is extremely popular.
>>30191116
45 acp is gay. Get a 10mm
>>30191431
ach so, only had normie glocks.
>>30191590
10mm is gay. get a 406mm
OP here, I went with a Glock 26.
1 extra mag 12rd 9mm.
Holster belt, in waistband.
duel blackhawk glock mag pouch for my chest rig.
Brand new Glock 26 9mm, with 2 mags.
cleaning kit 9mm
Team Buds membership
50 rounds 9mm ZQI
717$
For all the people who told me Glock 26, I didn't listen to you at all but thank you.
I got on looking at the Glock43 again and found Hikcoc45 shooting the 26, and made me realize it was close to the 43 in conceal carry size. (but accepts all mags, and isn't gimped to begin with)

congrats OP.
For those still in the thread: G43 or P938?

P938

G26

glock 19
if you don't get the glock 19 now you will eventually, so you might as well get it now because it's much better carrying a 19 than a 43.

Splendid recommendations, but I have to stay with a single stack 9 given my build and wardrobe. I'm leaning towards the P938 SAS desu.

No it's not. I thought the same thing when summer weather came around and I actually have no trouble carrying it without printing
