As for vehicles and stuff, it might look a lot IRL Bundeswehr. Possibly with a lot of unnecessary complexity and gigantism depending on how much sense the post-war military retains.

Nope, P-08 was already on its way to be replaced with P-38 when World War 2 started. Hence more likely something with double-action trigger and larger mag like what is now commonly available.
Jackboots would have also been replaced with more modern boot design - we still had rather that sort of leather boots (with bit wider soles to leave room for extra socks) when I did my military service and they are neither particularly comfortable or practical. Also just having camo smock instead of full camo suit seems to have been intended as temporary solution, hence full camo suit would have replaced it. Also - steel helmets are now practically completely replaced with kevlar and for very good reasons.
