Because it's unobtanium. Just like the vss and svd to a certain extent. The grass is greener on the other side and they don't want to look at either a .300blk sbr or sr25. /k/ has an unusually strong hardon for """slavshit""" so much that they actually think it's better than what we have on the us market.

From what I've heard they're suspected of coming from organized crime groups in the balkans who managed to acquire machining equipment that was left during the conflict. As to why it's labeled USA, it's speculated it's for diversionary purposes or maybe just for the lulz.
I could be entirely wrong though, that's just what I've read on different sites. If anyone has verifiable information, please post it.

Why would you want the 446? It can't handle +P and has a mag cap of only 10 rounds. You might as well have a Zastava M70A Tokarev at a portion of the cost.
