Can anyone ID this airplane? I'm not sure if it's a civilian or military airplane; so, I don't know if it belongs on /o/ or /k/.

Bingo, anon got it. 747 isn't as pointed at the nose nor are the wings that swept.
Pretty sure it's an A340. Maybe a 500, I think the 600 is slightly longer in front of the wing.
Ignoring that. It is definitely not a generic military cargo plane like a C130, C17, C5 or Russian equivalent.
That said many Air Forces do operate Airbus types for cargo/personnel movement as well as refueling or ELINT etc purposes.
As the aircraft in this picture has no identifiable markings it is hard to say.
