Why are WW1 trench guns the sexiest shotguns in existence? I think I want to make one my next purchase, but I don't know what to look for in old shotguns.

They're wood-n-steel fuddporn with a fucking sword on the end.
>>30077416
How are they fuddporn? A fudd would whack it to a double barrel or an over-under
>>30077416
You make that sound like a bad thing.

I thought fudds liked pump actions as long as they looked like they were made before WW2.

That was not my intention. M1897 with bayonet is on my bucket list for guns.
Hnnnnggggg
All of my want

Looks like it has one on the band a couple of inch from the front of the foregrip
I've got one. Love it, it's an amazing shotgun.
First shotgun I ever touched was one, good friend's dad collects WW1 and WW2 American funs.
I didn't understand the whole "shoulder your weapon" thing as a 12 year old who loved airsoft.
It bruised pretty badly but I shoot it now any time I get the chance.

>that bayonet
jesus fucking christ. i was wondering what the point of having a knife on a shotgun was and now i realize it was just a backup sword
>>30079999
not so much as a gun that can stab as a glaive that can shoot
>>30079999
My buddy calls my shotgun "the Five Foot Sword of God' coincidentally.
I'm looking to buy one how much are they worth where can I get one
>>30079956
Moosifer
>>30077083
Because a disconnected trigger is just about the sexiest thing that could happen to a shotgun.
>>30077083
That's a WW2 model
I mounted a shotgun to my sword.
